I'm currently lifting and have been lifting following some good cardio. I try to shock the body in cardio anyway I can.
The thing is, although my body has developed muscles forming, standing out my stomach is lose and giggly. I won't lie I hate doing abs and when I do abs I don't put much effort into them. Other then that I do have High intensity cardio days/ and regular cardio after lifting sessions.
What else can I do to get my stomach in shape. Seems like everywhere else in the body is fine but when it comes to the stomach its way out of line.
As far as my diet, I do eat clean it's just I haven't been eating on schedule lately the whole 6 meals and so forth.

thanks, so more cardio.
how long does it usually take to notice difference with cardio, and how dedicated should cardio be compared to lifting?
I know for instance I see results in lifting in 3 weeks."Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful."

well It's hard to tell..
the thing is, yeah I've developed my upper body but if my stomach seems the same I don't know if I'm losing fat because of it.
I always see people at the gym, who are bigger in muscles and well defined and even they have a gut left. Exactly how long does it take for the stomach to flatten out?"Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful."

C'mon my friend...^^^^^.....When you get off schedule, it is easy to guess-ti-mate out calories wrong, no matter how clean you are eating. You could be slowing your own progress this way.
Get back on your diet plan. Add additional cardio, if need be....AND STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHERS AT THE GYM. A little more patience wouldn't hurt you either.RIP My Beloved Son: March 2000 ~ June 2008.

JUst what the others say i would add doing compound exercises for the thigh as its the biggest muscle group. Having thighs will increase youre per muscle metabolism and help you lose that freaking fat.
KILL THE FAT! KILL ITTTTTTTrying IF
150-170 grams of protein
180-200 grams of carbs
40-60 grams of fats
1 gram of carbs = 4 calories
