I preacher curl as much weight as i can do 4-6 repititions. right now that is 75 pounds. i hammer 60

anyways, i think ill be the common teen on these boards and tell you that i can hammer curl the 65's for 4 sets of 8.

i want to know because i was watching the kevin levrone video and he is doing hammer curls and wanted to know how you guys were doing compared to him and you guys are doing a pretty good job
