I was originally on it, because I was considering going into track at the university. My strength went up considerably, but size not so much.
A good solid routine, probably the best for athletes, because he lays out so many wanys to get stronger, with so many different exercises.Abercrombie's not about helping people, No, Abercrombie's about about playing rugby in a fresh green field with your bset buddy, and both of you forgot your clothes. Abercrombie's about hittin the slopes on a crisp winter day, then going back to roaring fire and having group sex. Abercrombie's about doing laps at the old pool house with your bros from the swim team, and shaving each other's legs for speed, and each other's nads for fun.

im wondering if this program would be good for beginners?? (not PART 2 program just the first old one, cause the PART 2 program has supersets etc. dunno what they are)
ive been lifting, without an upper body program consitantly 4 months now. (i did a vertical jump traiing program)
this think program would be alright for me?
if not how many more weeks, should i train before i head onto this program.
or should i go find another program?
