hm, the diet seems to be around 160 grams of carbs, 190 grams of protein, and 45 grams of fat, but that's just my rough estimate.
So those numbers seems to be good for a cutting diet. Always keep the protein high.
as for nighttime meal you don't have to be so strict about it. You can just have a light sandwhich with wheat bread. Don't worry about the carbs , it's no significant deal at all. A sandwhich with some lean meats and maybe a glass of skim milk will be fine."Knowing is not enough, one must apply" ~ Bruce Lee

Personally I would switch things up a bit.
meal 1: 3/4 cup oats, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 scoop protein powder
meal 2: same
meal 3: same
meal 4:ditch the rice cake add another protein or fat source, almonds are excellent, so is another egg, or up your PB
meal 5: same
meal 6: I would go with egg whites and a fat source, such as almonds, or flax/olive oil
make sure to keep fats and carbs seperate, also make sure to get in a variety of fats into your diet. I did not see any O 3's in there, perhaps you might want to think of adding salmon to the mix, or fish oil caps.AOK

Your diet looks perfect IMO. I'm going by AJ's numbers and it looks like that would be 1805cals/day. Your P/C/F ratio is just where it should be. For other night meal ideas check here:

Flax is a great source of omega 3,6,9 EFA's. If AJ's estimation is right, then you really don't need it. I use it to add good fats to my diet without exceding my fat intake some days. Other than those fine tuning ideas your diet is in order. It might be time to look at the training. I'd suggest HIIT: http://www.bodybuilding.com/teen/justin6.htm
I hope this helps. Good luck with your goals!Cutting
