hey guys, i need a new workout program, one that will mostly build mass and muscle. Not to tone or ne thing like that.
i do a 4 day a week program and i do a split workout.
i would like to do
chest/abs
biceps/foremarms/triceps
off
shoulder/back
abs/ legs
if you guys could throw some ideas towards me opr even give me a workout thing that would be nice
o by the way i would like to do the max 12x-15x max max max sets per body part workout
