hello everyone im new here
so i joined the gym for about 4 month then i stopped for the last 2 months
all these 6 month i do set ups and several abs Exercises at home
and i run everyday for about 15-20 mins around the house
i attached a picture and my question is about my sides or obliques
i don't feel they look normal do you guys agree ?
and how do i make them look better is it by eating or protein or exercise ?
my weight is about 62 KG and height is 167 cm

running everyday for 15 mins and abs workouts wont do anything for you other than burn a few calories.
"and how do i make them look better is it by eating or protein or exercise ? " suggests you may benefit from reading the stickies aimed at beginners. Imo, it's best to get the knowledge before you start rather than trying to undo bad habits you'll pick up without knowledge.
