Well, my current one uses machines, but you can always substitute. Here goes:
Day #1:
roman chairs && lat pulldowns (wide+narrow grip)
decline leg press
bb bench press && jacknives
flat leg press
cable rows && reverse crunches
abmachine
hyperextensions (weighted)
bb press && side bends (non-weighted)
incline bench press
leg curl
Day #2:
decline leg-ups
bb squat && pullups
bb row && side bends (non-weighted)
deadlift && rev. crunches
hack squat && abmachine
upright rows
hyperextensions (weighted) && cable curls
bb bench press && jacknives
decline bb bench press
(&& = superset)
It takes about 60 minutes to finish; it's a lot of stuff to do and should be done as fast as you can, and is aimed at performance improvement as well as appearance improvement.
