What cool plans do you have for 2004.

I guess what I am most anticipating is my son and I are planning to ride our bikes from Canada to Calif. We rode the 400 mile oregon coast a year ago and it was incredible.

So what plans do you all have for 2004

I don't vacation much but this year is the year of me. This is going to be my first entire year of bbing. I'm going to get myself a 4.0 GPA to prove that when trying, I can succeed. This year I'm also going to get the wardrobe that I want. No, I'm not gay, I just know what clothes and shoes and all that I want to buy. Also what I want to start doing is start reading more philosophical and psychological books. I enjoy that stuff, I think its time for me to take the next step. I have been off the alcohol for months now and I want to rid myself of the liquid poison for good. Not because of some straightedge crap but because I just don't feel like it anymore.

I will have plans...internally. I haven't felt this charged about anything in my life so I wish myself the best of luck.

Yeah go for it E. Those are all worthy goals. And btw there is nothing gay about wanting to dress well.

Thanks AJbuilder. I'm kind of at a point in my life where I feel like I'm stuck in neutral and its time for me to drive ahead. Not only physically but mentally. Over the years I've become so lazy that I have accomplished nothing and only worked maybe a good 20-30% of my energy into stuff. I have been working hard in BBing but thats not enough. This is the year of me where I am the most important aspect in my life. It may seem egotistical but sometimes we all need to get in touch with our egos and work with it to improve our lives.

this is gonna be a good year for me I think. It will be my first whole year of bbing (started last feb) and I have some stuff planned out that I want to do. I am starting college finally this jan (Im 21) so ill probably get a girl pretty soon, along with a job if I can (been putting in apps, but still no luck yet, but its gonna happen) I also d3ef. want to take my body to the next level and maybe try my first cycle...not sure about what else....maybe work on being more outgoing

my year has been pretty ****ty,so i plan to make this a great one,
1.im going to finish my restoration project on my car,then give up working on cars for at least a few years,bar servicingand repairing my own ect
2.take my bodybuilding more seriously again,eat less carbs,more protein,im dedicated 110%in the training already i just need to clean up the diet and go through a proper bilking phase.
3.not drink alchol at all
4.book our holiday,about 14 of us are going this year,its going to be one hell of a holiday
5.get more pussy!

1. Also my first complete year of bbing i will start, so i have made a few plans.
---Bulk up for another few months until march or april, then cut down to get those abs for the summertime (hopefully abs can show after a few months) and quit with that creatine **** just stick with weight gainer and whey.

2. Decrease of my alcohol drinking. Sure im a teen and young and thats pretty much all i do with my friends but hell guts are so disgusting

3. Delete a few gigabytes of porn on my pc...

I decided about a month ago that I needed a lifestyle change, and bodybuilding was the answer. As someone who became obsessive about his weight and basically starved himself for 6-9 months, I was left with absolutely no mass on my body at all; I was a chubby kid and was terrified of ever looking like that again. So I joined this site, totally revamped my diet, my schedule, and my life... and I'm beginning to see results already, it's great. This coming year, I plan on lifting as hard as I can and bulking up; my goal is to have gained a clean 20 pounds of muscle by my birthday at the end of July. Other than that, I want to keep my grades way up, have fun with my life, and enjoy everything to the fullest... happy new years, everyone!

sidewinda: thats a good goal. I have been seriously lifting for two months now and I'm beginning to see results. One day I just ate healthy and never went back. I notice my self esteem is rising and I'm more confident in my abilities. So best of luck to you.

Yeah I know but it seems like having a goal of getting clothes seems kind of gay. I also want to buy a new surround system too. I seem really hyped about this year. Too bad the gym is closed today to take that energy and put it to work. I will tomorrow though, providing a bunch of new years resolution people flock to the arm area because thats what I got to do tomorrow.

This summer I'll be visiting Hawaii for 5 days, then I'm going to Australia for 3 and a half weeks, then back to Hawaii for 3 days before returning home to New Jersey. I can't wait.

I have off from school and my mom got her sabatical, if that's what it's called. We're going to be staying with a family who my mom knows from work in Australia who is touring the US right now. The guy and his daughter stayed in our house for the weekend two weeks ago. I can't wait to go though. It's a once in a lifetime experience. My dad can't stay the whole time unfortunately.

That sounds like an awesome trip. I lived in New Zealand for two years and that is a great country to visit also while your in the area. Usually you can get a stop over without a charge. Even 3 or 4 days you can see alot of cool things.

I do have to say....2003 was a pretty sh!tty year, but then again I realized that I needed a lifestyle change and came here for support and motivation. I have to say that this was the best decision I have ever made in my life (next to picking what was behind door number 2) For 2004, I plan on losing as much bodyfat as I could (still cant afford the skinfold caliper, but I will get one from my pops as soon as I see him) and I would like to start bulking around September. Also in September, I'm going back to college to get my degree in finance (I'm 23 years old and still not done with my freshman year in college....so shoot me

) I would love to find a new girl...this one aint cutting it out (just kidding, we broke up in 2003) but the right time will come for that, if it happens it happens...if not.....you guys know the deal

I'm hoping I can also get a new car this year (perhaps I can get that damn Jeep Wrangler). Thats pretty much it.....sounds simple but I know its going to be a bitch to complete these plans. I can do it though, and that mindset will be implanted in my head for the entire year.
