    Lightbulb Need serious butt kicking!!!

    I am 24 and am a personal trainer. My problem is I really need some advice from people who have been there done that. I want to compete again after waiting 4 yrs to get going. The Missouri Championships is in July and I am at 20% bodyfat. I look ok but for a bodybuilder to me I am fat. I weigh 140 at 5'2. I need more nutritional info for women who are competitng. i can never find anything except for guys on the web and I have no other women to talk to about this.......I need to get motivated
