Is it possible to have a few drinks a week and still loose weight? I have a group that goes out one night a week and I probably have 3 beers (lite corona). I just can't imagine going and having water with lemon.
Diet and exercise is clean all week--can the beer be like a cheat day, or does it screw your metabolism entirely? (..and I don't splurge for pizza after--usually grilled ckn sand-no mayo!!!)
