    Can you have a beer and loose weight?

    Is it possible to have a few drinks a week and still loose weight? I have a group that goes out one night a week and I probably have 3 beers (lite corona). I just can't imagine going and having water with lemon.

    Diet and exercise is clean all week--can the beer be like a cheat day, or does it screw your metabolism entirely? (..and I don't splurge for pizza after--usually grilled ckn sand-no mayo!!!)

    If calories used exceeds calories taken in, then yes you can loose weight and still drink beer.

    However bbers should stay away from the booze.

    Except tonite cause its new years! Go ahead and get smashed tonite.

    yeah beer doesnt help, however i lost 50 lbs in a span of 6 months while drinking heavily every weekend. go figure...
