    People Using the HST Program

    hey im currently in the 4th week of this program. i was just wondering how everyones results are and what u think about it. i went to their website and a lot of people said they gained muscle while maintaining the same BF, are these people bulking still(like how is your meal plan if this includes u to?)? Oh yeah and i was just curious about what u would do with this program when your cutting, thanks in advance.
