    Used to train at Gold's.Got to wierd,lots of roiders,and romo's there,on top of the worst parking.
    Now I live and train in Windsor.I like it alot better.

    Hey guys im actually moving up to SF ion a few months and want to get some info on gyms up there ie price and if it is a hardcore type of gym not a pussy spandex gym. Im also looking into trying powerlifting and was wondering if there are any powerlifting gyms up there. thanks guys!

    I had a membership at Gold's too, the facilities were nice, but yea there were a lot of bizarre people there. I witnessed some weird **** in the locker rooms once and pretty much never went back after that.

    I used to lift @ YMCA too, before you start laughing I had a friend that worked there and she let me in free, so it cost me nothing, plus only one or two people there used free weights so I pretty much had the whole setup to myself, no one bothered me / distracted me, was a nice change from Gold's!

    Now I lift at our university gym, real nice facilities, but it is constantly crowded so I had to go at odd hours to avoid waiting in line for equipment.

    The Y isn't so bad,they have Kempo there.I've seen weird **** in the locker rooms too,romos and guys shootin up.
    I don't miss that place,just some of the people.
    Univercity is great,should have some awesome equipment there.I go weird hours too,4:00am when I'm working.
    Off right now cause of shoulder surgery.
