but do any of you worry about form when doing cardio activities?
Take walking for example.
Do you try to stand up straight and swing your arms without scuffing your feet?
When running, do you relaxe your face and body and try not too bounce as you stride along?
Things like that. I do, and am curious to know if anyone else does.

I don't see what's so funny about this thread. runners make it a point to keep themselves strict, otherwise, it's harder on the knees and lower back. It's almost like saying "if you're on a rowing machine do you keep your back straight" of course you do, you're smart enough to know it's bad even if you're doing cardio rowing to round your back. idiots.
