Do you know what the glycemic index is? Different carbs get digested at different rates, with sugar at 100 and fiber at 0. Broccoli is ok, it has a glycemic value of between 30 & 40, if I remember correctly. Peas, I think are much higher, although it has been a while since I've looked at the index. If they are higher than, say, 65 or so, you might want to keep them out while you cut. Peas and corn are not on the same level as real leafy green vegetables. Just check out the index and familiarize yourself with it. It comes in handy.

Subtract the fibre from your vegetables and see what's left. You'll find that leafy green veg and salad stuff like broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, green beans, spinach, kale, cabbage, brussel sprouts, chard, mushrooms, fennel, celery, cucucmber, all have very low levels of net carbs, so you can eat plenty of them.
Peas and sweetcorn have a lot more, so keep them for your carb-up.
65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.
