Maybe its just my computer, but the quality of that pic is terrible and your pose makes it way too hard to tell what you have/don't have.

If I were you I would do a cut. You have good mass but it looks like you have a pretty good layer of fat too.

I think you definetly need to hit your back and lats hard. They seem to be lagging.
