Before breakfast: 1 Thermogain (fatburner)
2 500mg Vitimin C
2 CLA
After breakfast: 1 CoQ10
1 Fish Oil
Before Lunch: 1 Thermogain
After lunch: 1 fish oil
Before dinner: 2 CLA
after dinner: 1 fish oil
after a week i'll bump the thermogain for a week and then again until i hit the reccomended dosage.
How does this sound? or should i only take the thermogain. All this is with a good keto diet and exercise.
Please help.

This looks pretty solid for what your going to do. I take it though that you are trying to shred some fat off considering your using Thermogain(CLA helps tone as well.) I would recommend a protein still, and if money is not an issue there is this protein im currently taking. Needless to say its sposed to reduce belly fat as well(through vaso-burn technology). This protein is made by MRI( Makers of CE2, NO2) and the product is called Pro-NOS. i would also recommed taking a multi for good general health.
