6:00-6:30 PM - Whatever my mom makes, macaroni, rice and chicken, pasta, steak and potatoes, all depends.
Should I eat two more sandwiches and a glass of milk at around 8:00-8:40 PM? About an hour before going to bed?
What I got down is 134G of protein without eating whatever my mom makes and the sandwiches before bed. I weigh 125LBs, and I am 14 Years old, 5' 8".

man...got a thing for ham sand do ya??? thats a lot of bread to be eating in one day..not to mention the sodium...
Dextose will help replace the glucose stores your body has depleated by busting your arse...next your going to ask where to get it? In a homebrew store which may be a little hard seeing as your 14.......cottage cheese.. comes in a tub like margerine so maybe thats what you saw? Its in the dairy section...and its gross...but to each his own it is spose to be slow digesting protien but I just go for a protien shake..cause the cottage cheese does me no good if I puke it up....

alright, I got that down. I asked my parents about dextrose, they dont really want me to take any supplements, they said whey is enough Is bread bad for me? Cause I've heard that rice and bread has something in it makes you get fat, i dunno. I am at 8% bf, but all of it is on my stomach , i got love handles and my thighs. I am trying to get bigger maybe to 150lbs then im gonna cut, at first i thought i could get muscle while losing fat, but thats not possible lol. But once i get to 150lbs will it be easy to lose the extra fat on my stomach and get down to like 5-6% fat? Thats my problem, I'm kinda afraid to stuff myself with food. I heard that doing HIIT is pretty effective but I have no idea what it is, i think it has something to do with a strair climber, can anybody help me out?

If its hard for you to gain weight (which it sounds like it is because your so young and your metabolism is racing) you need to really eat like a horse!! Focus on eating every 3-3.5 hours. Eating 1.5g of protein/lb of bodyweight. And get a lot of complex carbs in your diet. I agree with everyone else, replace that ham sandwich bullshiat with better carbs. Here's a list of carbs I'm eating right now for my bulking diet. I'm looking to put on about 10-15 lbs by Feburary, which shouldn't be hard since I lost that weight.
I'm eating:
-oatmeal
-yams
-whole wheat bread
-brown rice
-whole wheat organic pasta
-tuna
-eggs
-gainer shakes
-protein bars
-ground turkey
-chicken/beef
This will bulk you up for sure.
Good luck!!

Alright I'll try to add those into my daily schedule. I'm gaining good weight with these sandwiches lol 3-4 of them=64G of protein. I'm definately going to add oats to my diet, and change my bread to whole wheat. And I'm gonna eat 3 Eggs on training days in the morning, and ill have brown rice and skinless chicken every night for dinner . Right now I am at 125LBs, I'm gonna keep track of my gains, hopefully 5lbs a month is not out of reach, doubt it though prolly 2-3lbs a month.

You can gain an average of 2lbs/week. Be sure to eat the same on training and non training days. Recovery and rest are when you grow. Also if you can use a program like Excell to graph you weight gain/loss trends it will be more obvious to you what works and what doesn't.

I would try and keep your protein / carb ratios at about 40/60. RIght now your getting a measily 16 grams of protein and a whopping 60 grams of carbs with 4 slices of bread consider 1 slice of bread has about 15 carbs in it. If your going to continue eating sandwiches all the time double the meat on them. Another adjustment I would make is to only eat sandwiches on your non workout meals, and for your workout make a simple sugar shake with lots of protein. Something like this:
4 cups milk
2 scoops protein
3 bananas
2 yogurt.
Drink one of those before and after your workout. Its an easy way to get TONS of calories plus the simple sugar rush will force all that protein into your muscles when they need it most: pre and post workout.
