How long would you see it would take for a beginner to start seeing growth in bicepts
I mean not by measurment, but just seeing?
Because it has been like 3 weeks and i still havent

HEIGHT: 186 cm (6"1')

It could be a few weeks could be a few months. Have shorter goals to work towards otherwise you may be disappointed when you first start to platue after newby gains. Something especailly like size, I mean lots of size growth usually takes several months.

dude if u look often in the mirror u wil not see changes. instead,
take pictures and compare 6-8 weeks. personally i take pics every 3 months. i dont notice the changes myself but everyone is telling me ive improved"never stop until u bust a nut"

How has been your diet those 3 weeks. If you are just beginning, In 3 weeks you should already see some little newbie gains.. But like the other said, give it time and dont forget to eat a lot (and clean) general rule : 1inch on arms = 10 pounds gained in weight

Well i already noticed my stomach getting bigger
There used to be a big bone on each side sticking out but now its fading away
This is the program i do (made by the owner of the gym) I have told its not great but i havent got experience with programs and stuff so i am prob gonna stick to this for a while
5min Bike warmup at around 42RPM
Leg Press
Leg Curl
Calf Raise
Bench Press
Seated Row
Shoulder Press
Pulldowns
Pec Dec
Situps
Hyp Ext

Though i have had alittle peak at other peoples programs (all stored in same place)
And i have seen different machines and stuff so i am guessing when i can do a certain amount of weight, i will move to other machinesHEIGHT: 186 cm (6"1')

1. Your routine is pretty crappy
2. You don't even work your biceps directly
3. Don't focus on your biceps, like many beginners do
4. You won't really see gains withing 3 weeks
5. Without pics, you will never see real gains, since you see yourself in the mirror every day
6. You need to gain weight
7. Why do you have more than 700 posts, though you have been lifting for only 3 weeks and have no idea about it
8. Keep it easy, you're 18.
