Hey guys, thought the thread title was kinda interesting lol..
I've been cleanbulking for a little bit. Haven't seen dramatic increases in weight or anything. About 7 - 10 lbs in 4 months.
I'd like you guys to guess my weight and bf%
Started working out back recently.. never did any back work before. Now, I love doing upright and pendlay rows.
What do you guys think my strongpoints/weakpoints are?
My goal is to basically get the lean and muscular modelish physique with a low bf%. Ultimate goal is to reach around 170-180 lbs.

Not all Abercrombie models are skinny.I was gonna rip his heart out. I'm the best ever. I'm the most brutal and the most vicious and the most ruthless champion there's ever been. No one can stop me--Lennox is a conqueror? No, I'm Alexander. He's no Alexander. I'm the best ever--there's never been anybody as ruthless. I'm Sonny Liston, I'm Jack Dempsey; I'm from their cloth. There's no one like me. There's no one that can match me. My style is impetuous; my defense is impregnable; and I'm just ferocious, I want your heart.

I hate to tell you, but 7-10 lbs in 4 months is dramatic. Capitalize on those newbie gains while you can!!! Once you are a year in, you will have a very hard time gaining 30lbs a year without some extremely hardcore supplementation and an amazing program/work-ethic/nutrition.
Don't down-play your gains, 7-10 lbs in 4 months is something to be proud of mah man! Work hard, eat right, and you will gain ALOT so early on in weight-lifting. shoot me a PM if you want any advice from a hardgainer/skinny boy"Rather the pain of discipline, than the pain of regret."

You're about 1" shorter than I am, and when I was 145 lbs., it took about 3 more years for me to reach the 160s. It's around that weight range (with 8% bodyfat) that you'll start to get that Tyson Beckford, Spartan look. At your height, 170-180 lbs. and 8% bodyfat would be ideal.
Here's a link to an article where I talk about the things I did to change my physique. I started off at 125 lbs. (when I was 18). I was 145 lbs. when I was 22, and 160 lbs. when I was 25.

Continue the hardwork. Exceptional nutrition is your single most important factor in achieving the physique you want. After that it's exercise and then rest. Those 3 in combination will allow you to change your physique in a relatively short period of time.
At your age, and with the information you have at your disposal, you literally could do it in 300 days. Think about it... if you just gained 2 pounds of muscle every month, you'd weigh 164 lbs. by this time next year.

It's funny you mention Spartans.
Here is footage of the Spartan's training for the movie.

And what's crazy is that Spartan training is still available in the world.
