Has anyone has any experience with ZMA use resulting to stomach cramps or diarhea in the morning? I have used Cytodyne's Z-mass pm for the past 2 weeks and it seems it makes me run to the bathroom in the morning!

You got some bad **** there. Nothing to do with the regular ZMA.

I can't remember who posted it, and it has been some time ago, but I do remember a thread about upset stomachs from zinc not being that uncommon.
