My chest hasn't grown that much lately so now it's time to switch thing up.
I do flat barbell becnh press
Incline db press
and incline db flyes
I want to get rid of the flyes and replece them with chest dips.
Which one is better for overall chest development?

Drop the flyes. Do chest dips.
Do incline with DB's first. then do flat with db's then do your chest dips. Your chest will get bigger you just need one more thing.....TIMEThe Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and hear all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. ~Henry Rollins
