For what purpose? Carbs are pretty easy to obtain from diet without supplementing them (oats, fruit, etc).

i'm trying to decrease my body fat % (i'm 5 10, 175 lbs, 24% body fat), i'm also looking to build muscle mass. I'm currently lifting 3 days per week, fully body workouts with lower weight and high reps, i'm also running 5 days per week for 40 mins each time.
