I know that some of us have the fat storage under our arm pit and gives us that flabby pec look. My question is what is the best exercise to get rid of that?I know you need to get rid of fat too but what will help tighten it up and give that desired pec look?

chest excersizes;incline,decline and flat benchpress, chest flys, cable crossovers, etc...

there is no such thing as spot fat reduction. To cause hypertrophy to get the muscle underneath to show out of the fat, see above ^^^^
