Or does it work out your back only. I did T-Bar rows the other and I feel pain on my rear delts. What does this mean?

Yes it does work rear delts, more or less so depending on your elbow position, mainly (elbows out hits rear delts harder).
Whether or not you want to do additional exercises for the r. d.'s depends on your level of development (symmetry) and genetic predisposition for response or adaptation there.Time To Re-Schedule
