    Does T-Bar Rows workout your rear deltoids?

    Or does it work out your back only. I did T-Bar rows the other and I feel pain on my rear delts. What does this mean?

    Yes it does work rear delts, more or less so depending on your elbow position, mainly (elbows out hits rear delts harder).

    Whether or not you want to do additional exercises for the r. d.'s depends on your level of development (symmetry) and genetic predisposition for response or adaptation there.

    To work your back more effectivly keep your elbows pinned as close to your sides as possible when doing t-bar rows.

    I really want to build up my delts. I already do dumbell presses and inclines, but I need a good exercise that will work out my rear delts.
