endo-mesomorph training
Just researched and determined that I am an endo-mesomorph with more tendency towards mesomorph. Any suggestions for training routines? Your help is greatly appreciated.

I am a meso-endo and training with weights and little cardio works well for me. I lift 4 times a week and I do cardio about 2 1/2 hours a week.

Sorry, didn't list my goal. Don't need to lose weight just want to firm up and build muscle.
