oK at the risk of sounding like a total newbie I need some help.... I have been lifting serious for about 8 months and on and off for the last 4yrs.. My question has to do with supplements, as everyone knows supplements are a very complex science. I started my supplement intake back in August gained about 15lbs since then but haven't gained a single pound in about a month, so I want to change things up I am currently taking:
Cyto-Gainer Protein
ON- BCAA's
Fish oil
multi vitamin
calcium
Past supplements I have used but do not like:
NO Xplode
Muscle tech creatine
Kre-alkalyn
Muscle synergy Beverly international
I have been looking into taking some stronger supplements
like PH or something along that line..
Basically what I am looking for is someone to help me with a stack
I have done so much reading in the last month that all I am doing is
confusing myself...
