there's less people in the gym in the morning, i'm not worn out from the day, and it's easier to routinely go in the morning so nothing can come up during the day that could cause me to miss working out (i.e. working in the studio after hours, meeting with professors, meeting with people to study, etc.)

Can't possibly be high enough to make a major difference, can it?
Anyway, I tried for a full month to work out in the morning. I struggled every day and never felt satisfied with my workouts. I went back to the evening and within the week all my lifts (as compared to my morning workouts) were up about 40% (back to my evening workout level) and I felt much better.

I do PT in the morning (light muscle "failure" calisthenics and a short run) then hit the weights in the afternoon after work. ON the weekends I just do the midafternoon. I think I get the most strength out of me in the evening but that is more mindset based cause if I kill myself in the morning I will be a little "out there" for the rest of the day.

You'll get as many responses as you will to the question "what type of routine do you do?", as every answer is valid for group X with circumstances Y. What works best for you is a trial and error exercise.
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!
The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.

Thanks Guys
Hey guys, this is my 1st post on this site.
I normally do cardio in the morning and then weights in the afternoon. I think the person who said it depends on people is correct.
I find it that working out early evening is the best for me.
I feel strange as I'm a totally newbie and I guess most of you are beefed up. Good luck to u all.

it all depends on your schedule and your body. If your body gets used to working out a certain time then you body will always be ready to work out at that time whether it be morning, noon, or night. It would be nice to workout in the morning but then I'd hate to go to work and do anything else. I workout at about 4:30ish and saturday's in the late morning.

In the morning your test levels are high .
In the evening pain tolerance is higher than morning.
the best time : depends on you .... midday would be the best of both worlds if you can do it .---==-=-=- Current Xfactor Log-=-=-==---
