My gains are pretty good so far.
My biceps for example have put some size on both flexed and unflexed.
PROBLEM:
When flexed, it seems that my bi is growing "around" in a way that I am gaining most of the mass close to the armpit.
I'm sure people know what I mean. I have a "shorter" bi that is wider rather than longer.
I do a variety of curls including hammer and I do not overtrain.
Any exercise recommendations for length of bis and/or height when flexed?? Or is this fairly normal. I can only really notice when I look at the "inside' of my flexed arm.

It's all about genetics, man. Your biceps are your biceps. You cannot change their shape, you can only change their size. The reason that it seems to be changing shape is because it's getting bigger and you are seeing parts of your bicep that you never have seen before.
