every one says its impossiblr but before my 7th and 8th grade year of school i did this strength and speed course during the summer for 8 weeks (kinda a school endorsed atheletic performance class) Anyways while i was doing it both summers i lost 2-3 inches in my waist and gained about 5 pounds. All of this with out knowing anything about nutrition, so if I had known about nutrtion it would have been alot better.
