1st of im planning on doing 1 workout then having a rest week
should I make this the most intense workout? or should it be normal intesnity
also, should I do abs on rest week lke a few crunches? and maybe some push ups?

Pay attention to how you feel , if you feel tired take a week off , if you feel fine and motivated keep on lifting .....
5'11 @ 220lbs.
