Theres a bone that sticks out of my shoulder, as i build more muscle, would it go away?
I see some people who just have a whole where it is?

The bone is your acromion, and it is covered by your Deltoid muscle, so further development of your shoulders should help/Originally posted by PODNickerz

only mine is a bit farther out on the shoulder so i cant really build much muscle to hid it

i have the same problem. i'm going to keep following my routine and hope that it will become less noticeble. I figured that building up my traps and shoulders should hide it. hopefully i'm right.

Yea dude i have the exact same problem, just gain more weight and work shoulders and traps like crazy, the traps help alot because it puts mass behind it.
peaceHard Work pays off.
