    it isn't the jello that is good it is the gelatin in it. the stuff that hardens it that helps the joints. I use plain old gelatin in hot tea sometimes.

    Gelatin would probably work fine, but collagen would be better. I really like MSM/Glucosamine/Chondritin though, works great for your joints.

    just get some gelatin and mix it in with your protein drink. I think coach poliquin used it quite frequently and he is huge.

    did a search since i was eating some jello and yes bored at work.


    i see a lot of people comment on it and i really use jello when cutting, keeps my hunger down and hydrates me good and we cannot ignore the collagen, protein and aminos in it if you actually manage to consume enough of it.
