Scivation VasoXplode + USP Labs Anabolic Pump "Taking Your Pump and Growth to the Next Level"
Increasing the pump you get in the gym can be accomplished by two ways. (1) Increase blood flow to the muscle and (2) increase the glycogen/water content of the muscle. The pump you get from lifting weights is caused by the body sending more blood to working muscles while decreasing the blood sent to non-working muscles and organs. My favorite approach with Anabolic Pump and VasoXplode that will produce insanse endurance and intensity in the gym would be:
1 1/2 hour-2 hours before workout
1 cap Anabolic Pump wait 15 minutes and eat;
50-75grams of Oats(amount depends on your weight and goals)
30-50grams Whey protein of choice(amount depends on your weight/goals)
4 caps of Fish oil or related fats
30 Minutes prior to workout
2 scoops of VasoXplode mixed in 16oz of ICE COLD WATER(stuff tastes to good to work this AMAZING!)

The only difference between what im using now and what ive used in the past is the brand names... i havent used anything more than the basics plus creatine and BCAA's, and the NO in animal Pump, also used Animal Flex, Primed Ultra. Those the only 2 pump/energy products i've used.

Training experience: I have been training for 4 years now, ever since I stepped foot into my high school weight room. I was always a big kid, but as soon as I discovered this new haven, I exploded. I lost a lot of my baby fat I still had, and gained new muscle in places I never knew exsisted. I began working out with my hockey team freshman year, and we worked out 3 days a week, doing full body workouts each day. My strength in my lower body was already good from playing goalie for 8 years, combined with my new workout routine which was heavy on lower body work My upper body lacked something though. After being hounded by the varsity football coach since I got to the school, I decided sophomore year that I would play football. I could not bench 200, but could squat 335 when I started lifting with the football team. By the time the football season came around, I could bench around 225, and my lower body kept getting stronger and bigger. I suffered a season ending shoulder injury which required surgery and 3 months of rehab. During rehab, I found a new pleasure...working out my back! I went against my therapists orders of gradually increasing weight, and went as heavy as I could stand for my entire therapy session. I ended up doing standing rows from top, middle, and bottom positions using the whole stack on the machine. With my new found back strength, along with a sturdy shoulder, I returned to the weight room with a new vigor for lifting that I had never felt. I worked out like an animal the spring and summer of my sophomore year, and it paid off. By summer I could bench 225 multiple times, I broke the schools deadlift record with a lift of 505lbs, and was the strongest kid in the school next to our 6'5, 300lb tackle. I decided to move to another city with my dad over summer, and continued my training 4 days a week with that team over summer. Then tragedy struck again. I tore my ACL in the second quarter of my first game. I had surgery a month after, and finished rehabbing in January. As soon as I finished rehabbing, I joined the wrestling team and finished the season with them. Due to family issues, I moved back to my old city and back in with my mom, and was united with my new strength training coach. I lifted 3 days a week once I moved back, utilizing bands, weight sleds, and kettlebells along with conventional weight lifting to push myself harder than ever. I also did speed training twice a week. My knee was sturdier than ever, I had gotten back my foot speed and agility, and had no remorse in the weight room since Feb. My bench got up to 340, squat up to 500, and deadlift back to 505. I had never been stronger or faster in my entire life. Then I got screwed again at football camp?torn labrum in my right shoulder this time. Another 3 months of rehab so I could salvage what was left of my senior season in wrestling. A concussion kept me from advancing to regionals though. I know, I have been injured way too much. With no more sports left, I have all the time in the world to concentrate on lifting and eating?which is what I plan on doing.
I feel that I would be a good tester because I am very in touch with my physiology, and can notice any difference in my body. I can keep a very detailed log daily, and will not slack at all. I think that the combination of these two will be very powerful, and should give great results.

etc. I cook alot of my own food, so I control everything that goes into me. I rarely eat out, and never eat at school, or fast food.
I aim for around 250-300g of protein daily. Carbs depend on how I feel. If I don?t feel as lean, or I feel a little bloated, they will go down for the day. If I am feeling flat or tired, or have any extra activity during the day(basketball, wrestling, hockey) then they will be higher. Fat varies but is usually around 130-145g.
Current Daily water intake: 1.5-2 gallons. I carry a ? gallon jug with me all day
Short Term Goal: Increase strength and LBM while dropping body fat slowly, preparing for a power lifting meet on April 21st
Long Term Goal: Eventually get up to around 265 with 11% body fat, Bench 400, Squat 600, Deadlift 600. I want to maintain a healthy body, and keep my physique throughout my life.

Training experience (as much detail as possible): I have been training seriously now for four years, I started as a very weak and skinny high schooler at about 175 lbs and in my four short years I was able to get myself up to my heaviest this past winter which was 230. I have used many different trainng protocals, first starting with Max-OT, then being unhappy with that moving on to HST which was pretty good, and now I'm using my own type of workouts based off the training outlined in the Cut Diet books, and I have had the best results of all the protocols.

I usually go by feel and do what I feel ready to do that day usually it works out to be:

Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Back
Thurs: OFF maybe I'll go in and do some cardio

I do cardio after every training session and usually on one of my off days. I use an elliptical and go for 45 minutes at a moderate intensity usually keeping my heart rate around 135-140

I've used pretty much the basics throughout my four years, I started with Whey from Gnc, then I realized how much of a rip off they were and I found this place..My regimen is pretty much the same year round which focuses around A good creatine product, A quality protein product, and BCAA's. Anything else I try is just to give certain new things a shot that seem interesting and credible. Recently I've really been using alot of your stuff and not even asskissing you guys seem to have the best stuff I've ever used, safe and effective. I recommend all my buddies to your stuff.

Is there a full protocol listed anywhere for how to combine these two? As in, how about post workout, how would AP be recommend? How about if you're taking it the recommended 3 times a day, what kind of meals should follow. I've read the basics and such, but was there a more comprehensive protocol being written anywhere?
Also, if picked for this stack, would the company owners be willing to look over our diet plans, etc to make sure to get maximum synergy between the products?

You should join team scivation. We reccomend 1 ap dose with the meal before a workout, a dose postworkout and a morning dose.
The applicants chosen will have to have a firm understanding of nutrition and supplementation.

I am also an incredible skeptic of Anabolic Pumps claims but promise to give an honest evaluation of the product. If it is good I will report it as such and if not I will do the same. I am ready to be dazzled, I dare you to pick me, I challenge you to convert me to the side of the believers. If you can it would carry much more credibility and if I hate it you can always dismiss it as bias.

Back from 2 year break!
I already take Anabolic Pump but was NOT planning on continuing use, although this has me curious especially since I'll need all I've got with my bulk beginning in the next couple of weeks. I want it to be a hard, but short bulk. Anyway..

Training experience (as much detail as possible): I lifted the winter of 10th grade and last year (senior year), and played sports in the spring with no lifting. I have been lifting consistently on a cut for 4 - 5 days a week since October with no plan on stopping.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
MONDAY:
Chest (flat press, incline and decline presses, flies)
Biceps (standing bar wide and close grip, hammers)
WEDNESDAY:
Upper / Lower back (Deadlifts, bent over rows, pull ups, pull downs, dumbbell rows, reverse flies)
THURSDAY:
Shoulders (military or dumbbell overhead press, lateral raises, front raises)
Triceps (CGBP or Skull crushers, dips, triangle tricep pull downs, kick backs)
SATURDAY:
Legs (Squats, vertical leg press, leg curl, calf raises)
TUESDAY when time permitting is ALSO a leg day, generally involving lunges with a barbell, heavy leg press, leg raise, and other various things
Abs generally are trained 2 - 3 times a week at the end of workouts, when time is available to do so.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): Generally HIIT on a stationary bike or treadmill, tennis, 2 - 3 days a week, but with the upcoming bulk it will be slightly less.
Current Supplements (exact brand/product name): USP Labs Anabolic Pump / PrimaFORCE MAX CLA / Dymatize Rich double chocolate Whey / GNC Sport Multi-vitamin for men
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): 1800 - 2300 calories on a normal day, low in fat with 40 - 60g of carbs per meal (for the AP).. 4 - 5 small meals a day. Normal protein intake is roughly 150 - 200g a day.

Long Term Goal: Get bigger

Supplement history (as much detail as possible): Only what I'm on now, I've never even USED creatine. I did take half a bottle of hydroxycut a couple of months ago, and GNC's Thermo CLA before that.
Previous Pre-Workout Supplement You Have Used: None, actually. I think there's often a lot of hype but I don't think they are all they are made up to be, one of the reasons I'm signing up for this.
