It seems everyone says something different with regards to bench pressing... do you have to go all the way down to your chest or will you still be able to grow stoping and 90 degrees? will not going all the way down hinder your progress?
I ask this question because it seems that i tend to injure myself more now (during sports activities) that i go all the way down.

I only go down to 90 degrees or a little past that. My shoulders used to hurt after that so I stopped touching. Id say go for it I havent noticed any differeece. My chest still grew to a good size and is fairly strong.
