We start holidays soon and have 5 weeks hes going to train like a powerlifter and eat tons of healthy food he wants me to give him a ruff estimate of what he could gain in weight (muscle) but I dont know what to tell him. He also wants to compare this to what he could gain bodybuilding. What should I tell him.
"Five weeks later, after the holidays, you'll know for sure. There's no way to judge until you do it. Do you see a crystal ball around here anywhere? Put on the feedbag and start lifting."
He seems pretty dedicated and isnt in bad shape he wants to come back to school with a noticible difference I tell him he can do it.He wants to gain around 1kg a week of muscle. Do you guys think its possible what should I tell him to keep him motivated cause Im not that good at motivation myself and sometimes slack off with training so I dont want to set a bad example.

That really depends on what he considers healthy food. If he says that it's vegetables, low fat, ect. then his progress will be hampered. He needs to eat lots of fat, carbs, protein, ect.
