Supplements PLEASE READ!!

im pretty new to this forum but from what i have seen there are a lot of kids that are taking supps that you would see in magazines etc. and they are all crap what you need to do is go to the nearest supplement store ask around about certain supps. that are suppose to do certain things and then use your comp. to reasearch the product before buying it, it takes some time to find the right supps. but in the aftermath of it all it is well worth it!!

I partially agree. Someone will find which supps work for him/her better only if he'she actually tries it first.

i agree fully , i think you should read up on chosen articles as well as talk to your friends that are experimenting i prefer bsn products due to their over al effectiveness and fast results for most people

Research is essential, but keep in mind not every product is the same for every person so going on reviews is not the best angle. Its hard to really find someone that knows what they are talking about.
