    What supplement to use?

    Alright, I am 23 yrs. old, I am in good shape and very tone for my age... I want to bulk up!... I am currently 6'1" and about 187 lbs.! I was a collegiate wrestler and in very good shape!! I know how to cut weight but I don't know how to bulk very well! I want to get to about 215 in muscle... by my birthday (July 23). Do you think its possible and what supplements should I take? I have never taken many supplements....only whey protein for about 3 months......What should I do?? I think my frame can hold much more but I can not put on the muscle mss I want......if so...what lifting program and what supplements should I take???? I have thought about taking NO-Xplode and a creatine Monohydrate (SP?) whatever... also with a multi-vitamin....is this the right formula for me?? What are some suggestions.....programs...supplements suggested?????

    Anything is possible. You just need to make sure you find a good bulking program and eat enough good food. As far as supplements, Whey protein to make sure you are getting your 1-1.5 grams per lb of bodyweight. Some form of creatine( monohydrate sometimes makes you bloated). I prefer CEE, but use what works for you. No-Xplode has a form of creatine in it. I liked NO-Xplode but you build a tolerance for it after awhile. I also tried Superpump 250 which was good. I am taking Universal Shock therapy now and plan on trying NOS Precursor by Getdiesel in the future. Everyone has there opinion on which is better. I like NO-Xplode for pre workout focus and the pumps. Also you need a good multivitamin with ZMA. With all that said just make sure you work out hard and eat!
