Amplified Creatine 189 Coating...reps

Not trying to be nasty, but took one of these pills yesterday and then noticed the pill in the toilet. It hadnt even dissolved. So ive been crushing the bills and just swallowing the powder with some gatorade. Is anyone else having this problem or did i just get a bad bottle? And is it ok to crush the pill and take it that way Let me know...

You can crush it up but AC 189 is pretty much a garbage product...LOTS of people see the pills in the toilet...best to get a powdered creatine mono brah

Do you use creatine? what kind do you use? Ive tried Cell-tech but that s*** is expensive

Oh my God...did you just buy exactly what the GNC guy recommended? Cell-Tech is garbage too!

If you liked the flavor/results from Cell-Tech though, Wal-Mart sells Six Star Muscle products, and their Hardcore Creatine is the exact same stuff as Cell-Tech because Six Star and MuscleTech have the same parent company and the Six Star stuff is cheaper...

BUT I'd go with a bulk micronized creatine monohydrate powder...it's flavorless (kind of) and comes in 1000g tubs for like $15...just buy it from Bodybuilding.com

Even the patent application for this enteric coated PEG formulation mentioned the possiblity of the issue and noted that a tester in one of their clinical studies may have "seen" something like you did.

I crushed them up when i used the 189 and it just came out the same way. Stick with bulk mono or a good blend.

I took green bulge for a month and they just have the powder in a clear capsule. I know for a fact that they dissolve because sometimes about 20 minutes after you take them if you burp its all powdery and tastes really bad. Just lettin you know in case you wanted to try another creatine pill because i had decent gains from it and my only complaint was the taste and that only happened twice.
