    Well lets just say i had a horror cheat weekend which left me somewhat "clogged up"...
    Just took a serving of SP250, and as usual without fail, 45mins later i was rushing to the toilet and welcomed myself back to regularity.

    So thanks to gaspari for this fantastic formula. I can feel my LBM has increased greatly since my visit to the toilet
