Hi me like some people hate puffy nipples. im not fat. im muscular but my puffy nipples makes me feel insecure. some people say certain exercises may reduce this, like incline benches and decline flyes. Is there an exercise that really works??? i just started to do incline benching to see if it helps. ive had other threads that deal w/puffy nipples but this one focuses on the exercises. thanks in advance.

It culd be gyno, in which case no amount of working out will help. I dont mean todiscourage you, I had the same problem myself. If you really think you have gyno, atlk to your family and inquire about surgery. I had pretty bad bitch tits but once I had surgery done to remove the excess tissue, my confidence has increased ten fold and I am much more secure about my body.

Ignore the punk who has nothing better to do but surf the web and talk ****. If you dont have lumps in your nipples its not Gyno. However if you have a high caffiene intake it could cause chest fat. Try lowering your caffiene intake add cardio or up it. Try high rep chest exercieses. Decline and incline bench and flys should help.

This is worst case scenario when your going through puberty this can happen, and when your done they usually go away. Chances are it is not gyno, but in that minuscule chance it really is and is not just fat that needs to be lost don't worry too too much just wait and it will probably go away naturally.

Ok my nips are big
My nips are also pretty big...like puffy its not even my chest..my chest looks great..its just my nipples...they are huge I have a doctors appointment on thursday..we are seeing about surgery before april 21st when I go off my dads insurance...he said get it done he will pay for it so im gonna do it..im just hoping the surgery doesnt make my chest look bad in any way...btw I used to itch my nips so now one of them is like bigger than the other..they are both puffy but one is like a cone shape with the small nipple ontop of it and the other is just a cmall cone coming out of my chest. Anyone know anything about this? gyno doesnt JUST occur in nipples does it? it affects the whole chest?

It can be just the nipples, or a warning sign... But seriously dont spend that money yet just wait and lose some bf. Your hormones will settle and things will sort itself out. If after that you still wanna spend a fortune go ahead.
I still think you could just lose some bf first and see how that works for you.Im Back.

Your still changing til around 21 or 22 bud. Id wait and keep dieting and working out. Id still wait and see if it goes away on its own(which it probably will) but if it gets worse then i guess that is a route you can go.

no no no. No decline or anything that will make them look worse. Lose some fat and hit the gym harder. I had the same problem and it looked like I had tits, I started working out really hard this yr and your chest will become big enough where you don't even notice it through a shirt. Thats about the only solution I have, or get the operation when you are 21....

I've been looking into this as well and know some people that have had it done.
The glandular removal is usually about 5-6k (that's what I would recommend). 8k is on the high end.
The key is getting your insurance to pay. You have to prove that they are a huge pain in the ass and literally cause pain to you. Talk to your parents about it and see if they can bring it up to the insurance company.
