I am currently 145lbs with around 12% bodyfat. I would like to eventually be around 160lbs with 6% bodyfat. I'm just curious to know what 1lb of body fat looks like since its hard to believe I have as much fat on my body as I calculate.
I have heard 1lb of fat takes up as much space as a single roll of toilet paper. A 3lb piece of lean meat at the store is pretty big, and considering fat is not as dense as muscle, 1lb of fat should be huge (in terms of volume)! If fat really does take up that much space, why isnt losing 1lb of fat that noticeable?
