Bowl of cottage cheese and a penut butter sandwich on rye? So far today i've ate a protein shake for breakfast, turkey breast sandwhich for lunch, and that is going to be my dinner. I lifted for an hour and a half and did cardio for 30 mins.

youre probably losing a lot of muscle weight
theres no way in hell all those foods added up accumulate 188 g of protein
you have to little cals to support retained muscle
working out 1 hr 30 mins a day is going to catch up and make you want to eat a ton more anyways, you lifts will go down, and your glycogen storages will be completely depleted
eat more, when cutting its good to do 250 cal below maintainence, let the other 250 deficit come from forms of exercise
and also post a routine for working out (aka muscle groups worked day to day)
