Due to the fact that I see so many people eating the same things over and over again on cutting diets and complaining that they get bored with eating the same things every day. I’ve provided a list of some good low calorie (high protein in some cases) foods that people commonly forget about when creating their diets. These are good foods to incorporate into your cutting diets besides the usual tuna, lean chicken, etc.
I’ve divided them into different categories to help organize them. If they contain a sufficient amount of protein for the serving size I noted that as well. Everyone feel free to add your own foods. Enjoy.
