Animal FLEX Supplement
I just thought I would share...
I have been taking this for about two weeks and there is a definite improvement. My knees and ankles feel much better when i am running and getting into my sports car, lol... Seriously though, I'm satisfied with the product.
The listing of the product on the BB store is slightly confusing because I can't tell whether it is in pill or liquid form but it's a pill, lots of them actually. They are plastic bags of about 10 pills in them, it is a lot more pills to swallow each day but well worth the extra minute out of my day.

before using animal flex, i could not flat bench or dip because of my shoulders. after two months, i can dip with 90lbs for reps, and bench with no problem. a great product

It took about 30 days for Flex to fully kick in for me but since then it has gotten better with time. I used to have a lot of nagging injuries including a bad case of elbow tendinitis but it's gone now.
It's one of the best supplements I have ever used.

Exact same thing here. My elbow would start throbbing so bad that I'd have to stop what I was doing and wear a compression sleeve to the gym and Martial Arts. I haven't had an ache since I started using it.

can this be taken inaddition to animal pak or does it contain most of what the origingal 11 pill pak does?

Has anyone else experienced chest pain while using the product?
I started using it a couple weeks ago after having labrum surgery...my diet has been the same since prior to taking animal flex. I take Animal Flex, 1000mg Fish Oil, Multi, Minocycline (prescription for acne) every night. I stopped taking animal flex three days ago, and have not experienced chest (left chest area, unsure what is causing it) pain since.
Like I said, I have not mixed up anything else in my life. I'm going to stay off of it for a while and see if the pain comes back.
