Here's a Pic of my Back Transformation.
I'm a 31 yr. old Paramedic and Daddy of 2 great kids.
I got diagnoised with Multiple Sclerosis back earlier this year.
After a brief period of useless "why me?" questions...
I decided to take control of my body back from M.S.
Here's what I have been able to get done so far.
I was in quite weak and poor shape when I got started...not to mention that my Left Leg was almost totally numb as well as my Right arm...
I was what I would call...skinny fat...
Lots of Fat in the middle but skinny everywhere else.
My plan was to strip off as much fat as possible while still maintaining what little muscle I did have have and build up as much as I could.
Once I had lost a good deal of fat...I started a clean bulk about a month ago.
How am I doing so far?

Amazing job man. Your arms are looking huge. You should be proud of yourself. You've accomplished a lot in a short amount of time while having M.S. hanging in the back of your mind. Great job on getting past that state of feeling down. It's hard to get out of sometimes especially in your situation, but you did it and the results speak for themselves. Keep at it.

Awesome transformation and attitude.....
You can, and need to find a ground that you know you are suppose to stand on.. hence, stand your ground, this is the place where you know everything is as it should be for you. If you stand in a place where you know in your heart things are wrong, most things around you will never be right.
Rule number one, never work at being what another man defines as being "honorable", Honorable is is being true to what you know and and doing what you know is right for you..
