Help me to get started...
I'm a wife and stay at home mom. I really need to get into shape by this summer (2004). I have a 6 month old and I haven't lost my weight! 30 lbs. Can I do it in time and how? I am a squishy mess! I need muscle bad! Please give me a plan.... Thanks all.

If you are in o.k. shape and your doctore say's it's o.k. I would first make a shedule and a step by step time line of your goal's that you want to fullfill. I would then compare the data of your goals and want you achieved. Some of the things I would include is access to fittness equipment, a partner that is experienced and a diet.
