    how much carbs is too much carbs??for cuttin and maintence??

    i currently eat 2800 calories and 300 gms of carbs is this considered moderate or high? Ive noticed my gut has loooked very bloated and maybe a lil weight gain could it be too much carb??? i dont think so because I heard that your body holds 300 gms of carbs so i dont know why this is happening? any suggesitons? how many carbs can i eat for maintainencee, regardless of diet im using, I just want to know how many carbs max am I allowed in general becuz then from my carb total, Ill just get 1 lb if protein and my fat total from there.

    well based on a 2000 calorie Diet, its 300 carbs, but the avg person eats more then that. It really depends, for maintance, do like 14-16 x ur bodyweight, then u choose the split u want, that being either 40 proiten, 40 carbs 20 protein, or 50 percent carbs, 30 prot, 20 fat.... ect, when i was leaning up i had like 80-120 , now that im on my maintaining i have around 150-190,

    since ill do maintainence ill think ill do 135 i found low carbs keep me lean so ill stick with it, even though i can reallly add size on this haha oh well beats the fat gain.

    well if u want, u can eat ur carbs the same, just throw in cardio. I do cardio almost daily and it keeps fat off as well. Last year when i was bulking i ate soooo many carbs and had relatively lil fat even without the cardio.,
