ab routine
hello everyone!
just one quick question...
can anyone give me a plan that is strictly focusing on abs that i can do everyday that won't result in overtraining but will still give me good results?...i ask because i have a personal trainer and she told me to do an extra 15 minute ab routine by myself 4-5 times a week...i'll rep for any answers!
...also i have no equipment available to me while i do this
