Talking ab routine

hello everyone!

just one quick question...

can anyone give me a plan that is strictly focusing on abs that i can do everyday that won't result in overtraining but will still give me good results?...i ask because i have a personal trainer and she told me to do an extra 15 minute ab routine by myself 4-5 times a week...i'll rep for any answers!
...also i have no equipment available to me while i do this

Talking Abs on Bodybuilding.com

Hi.
Well, I just had a quick look bodybuilding.com, and here is the full list of abs exercises. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exer...ip=&order=Name
Then you can look at it, and pick 1 or 2 exercises and do them on the floor maybe just before you go to sleep. 3 sets x 15 or 20 reps
