    well, if you were cutting then you were probably eating 500 cals below maintenence??

    so, if you eat 500 cals above maintenence, you will go in the opposite direction you just came from, but on a different road.

    what am I saying? add 1,000 cals to your cutting cals and see what happens next.

    but i had shown my diet on another thread and it was ate up because since it was a cutting diet i had all these non bulking foods

    Breakfast: A bowl of FiberOne Cereal. 3 turkey breakfast sausage links.

    Mid Morning Snack: An apple and 1 cup of Non-Fat Cottage Cheese.

    Lunch: Turkey Sandwich on Stone Ground Wheat Bread with a little Fat Free Mayo, lettuce and tomato. Some celery sticks or another veggie.

    Mid Afternoon Snack: Veggie Sticks with a little Fat Free Dip.

    Dinner: Chicken Breasts or Fish Filets, grilled, not fried. Mixed Veggies. One slice of stone ground wheat bread with a low fat spread.

    Evening Snack: A handfull of nuts.


    thats the old diet.. what the hell do i do with that now

    great! ok how do i eat the oatmeal? milk/water? <never had oatmeal really before> , how many egg whites, and can i substitute the fiber cereal with somethign else o_O .. the cereal has about 14g of fiber

    the bread for the sandwiches, can i use 12grain bread at all? or do i have to stick to that disgusting tasting bread

    dinner: chicken breasts, i was having one fillet of it type thing, do i stick to the same amount? and again can i use 12 grain bread?
