A good supp, but first DIET,then CARDIO,and the last thing is a good fat burner like animal cuts.
I've not tried Animal Cuts, but I do use MetRx's Thermicore CRT. I would say results are present, though not astounding regarding fat burning. The big benefit I seem to get is a steady boost of energy as it is a time-released ephedra product.

I like it too. I had been taking Ripped Fuel Extreme, and it like most other Thermos gives you that bit of jitteryness and then brings you down a bit. I'm not getting that from Animal cuts. It's a bit more expensive, but a much more even toned thermo. I think I'll stick with it as far as thermos go.

I've used it and I'm starting another can next week. Always good results, but the important thing to consider is this; Is your diet on track?
If the answer is no, then Cuts won't be effective for you.
If your diet is on point, you won't risk losing much muscle.
20min cardio preWO, in my opinion, isn't enough. I would recommend doing the cardio postWO instead of pre. Either postWO or first thing in the morning.
Take it as directed; 2 packs per day. One in the AM, another mid-day. Taking 1/2 the serving will yield half the results.Best Meet Lifts:

I agree PWO cardio is much better for losing fat than pre-workout cardio. I would recommend atleast 25-30mins cardio post workout. The more cardio you do the more calories you burn, which will equal greater fat loss while supplementing with cuts, its a simple as that....well not simple but if you put in the time and effort cuts will help you to your goal.

I need a fat burner just for some extra motivation. I took Animal Cuts and saw some decent results a little over a year ago.
I tried Tribulus due to a friend's recommendation. I found that it really didn't do anything.
So I was considering getting another can of Animal Cuts.
Two questions.
Do most agree that this stuff works? Just wondering if theres an overwhelming "fat burner" favourite out there right now.
And
If I do take it again, it's not necessary to take my pre WO coffee since the Cuts pack has a caffeine pill in it right?
Thanks.

'pain in the stomach' is never normal, man. Supplements aren't suppose to cause pain/discomfort. Sometimes people need to take Cuts with a very small meal. Maybe a piece of fruit or a scoop of whey to help with digestion. Try that and see what happens. Let us know.

question! will cuts help take off small stubborn fat? such as around the lower abs? I dont need to loose weight (actually trying to gain). I have read mixed reviews from users with already low BF% some say its great to shed the excess and water retention to get a rip, others have said it has dropped fat off big time with prolonged use.

yes!!! animal cuts give me the WORST stomach pains i've ever felt in my life. This happens when you take it on an empty stomach. just eat something afterwards and you will not get the pains. it's a great thermogenic though, i would sweat balls when i was on animal cuts. great fat burner in my opinion

in order to do that your diet needs to be perfect.. so if you already count calories and hit your calculated macros i dont even see why youd be asking these questions
edit: sorry if im coming off like a dick.. but everyone comes on here asking the same things and their diet is horrendous.January 2013: 325lbs
